Ultipart Cookie Notice

This notice explains how Ultipart uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies. It forms part of our Privacy Policy.

What we use

Ultipart uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use only the following:

Essential (always on)

These are required for the Service to work and cannot be switched off:

• Login session — keeps you signed in securely between visits (stored by our authentication provider, Supabase).
• Local parts book cache — a copy of your processed manuals is stored in your own browser (IndexedDB) so parts books open quickly and work with poor connectivity. This data never leaves your device.
• App preferences — small settings such as your last-used options.

Error monitoring (always on)

• Sentry — if the app encounters an error, technical details (browser type, device type, what the app was doing) are sent to our error-monitoring service so we can fix problems. This is not used to profile you.

Analytics (when enabled)

• PostHog (hosted in the European Union) — privacy-focused usage analytics that help us understand which features are used and where the app can be improved. Where required by law (for example, for visitors from the EEA/UK), we will ask for your consent before enabling analytics.

Managing cookies and storage

You can clear cookies and site data at any time through your browser settings. Note that clearing site data will sign you out and remove locally cached parts books — your manuals and data remain safely stored in your account and will re-download on next use.
